Faith and Life Commission

Welcome to the Faith and Life Commission Page!

The SDC Faith and Life Commission serves to give counsel to churches regarding issues of faith and practice. The Faith and Life Commission licenses and ordains pastors and other leaders based on the request of local churches and the qualifications of the individuals seeking credentialing.

One of the functions of the Faith and Life Commission is to plan the annual Pastors’ retreat which provides fellowship and mutual encouragement to pastors of district churches.
